      Kathy and her husband Dennis have called Northern Virginia their home for more than 25 years. They happily raised their two daughters in Falls Church and have participated in many educational, civic and sports organizations through the years.  This first hand knowledge of the local community has proven to be of great value throughout her real estate career.

     Kathy became a licensed Realtor in 1988, affiliating with a large national real estate firm before joining Fairfax Realty, Inc. in 1998.   Throughout these years, Kathy has served many clients—both sellers and buyers—guiding them through changing real estate markets.  Whether a seller’s market or buyers market, Kathy’s attention to detail and steadfast commitment to her clients has won her the loyalty of many.
